Name and Purpose: The league shall be known as the “Alcosmeg Bowling League (ABL)” and its purpose is to promote and facilitate recreational bowling activities.

Membership: Membership is open to individuals interested in bowling, and all members must adhere to the league’s bylaws.

Officers: The league shall have a President, Vice President, and Treasurer, each serving a term of 1 month, with the possibility of re-election.

Duties of the President: The President of ABL shall preside over league meetings, represent the league in external matters, and provide overall leadership.

Duties of the Vice President: The Vice President of ABL shall assist the President and assume their duties in their absence.

Duties of the Treasurer: The Treasurer of ABL shall manage the league’s finances, maintain financial records, and report on the financial status at meetings.

Elections: Elections for officers shall be held Monthly, and members may nominate themselves or others for office.

Meetings: Regular ABL meetings shall be held on every third Thursday of the month, with special meetings convened as needed.

Quorum: A quorum, consisting of 51% of the ABL members, must be present to conduct league business.

Voting: Decisions shall be made by a simple majority vote of ABL members present at meetings, with the President casting the tie-breaking vote if necessary.

League Fees: Members shall pay 100 Indian Rupees in annual dues, which shall be used to cover league expenses.

League Rules: ABL shall adhere to the rules and regulations of the ABL and maintain a code of conduct.

Scheduling: ABL will determine the bowling schedule, including dates, times, and venues for matches.

Substitutes: In case of absence, teams may use substitutes, but the substitutes must be approved by the league.

Scoring and Standings: ABL shall keep track of team and individual scores, maintain standings, and organize playoffs or championships as determined.

Awards and Prizes: ABL may award prizes or trophies to outstanding bowlers or teams at the end of the season.

Disputes: Disputes within ABL will be resolved through arbitration by a committee appointed by the President.

Amendments: Bylaws can be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of ABL members at a regular meeting.

Dissolution: In the event of league dissolution, any remaining assets shall be donated to a charitable organization determined by ABL members.

Adoption: These bylaws shall take effect upon approval by a majority vote of ABL members and may be amended as needed.
